What is Publishing Assistant (PA)?

Lulu is proud to announce that we have launched a new program for creators who would like some extra help with our Book Creator Tool!


Now a customer can pay a small one-time fee to have one of our Publishing Assistants walk them through the Book Creator Tool. The customer will need to already have their files ready for us to offer this service since we are not assisting with file preparation or editing. If a customer is not comfortable for whatever reason using their own files, we have a standardized set of notebook files that we can send them to use.


In the session, the Publishing Assistant will walk through the Book Creator Tool with the customer, and the end result is a completed project that the customer can order!



Who Could Benefit from This Program?

You may benefit from the Publishing Assistant Program if you :

  • Are confident with your files, but unsure how to navigate the publishing process (We get it!)
  • Can’t wait for a one-on-one video chat with one of our Publishing Assistants
  • Are comfortable with sharing your screen (we can provide instructions)
  • Are ready to get your book published! 

Please note the following requirements: Stable internet access, a Lulu account, and prepared files.*


*Prepared files can be provided if your book files are incomplete.


How Do I Sign Up?

Please fill out the form on the page, and one of our agents will be in touch shortly to talk about your fit with the Publishing Assistant program.


How Much Does the Publishing Assistant Program Cost?

The PA program is a $99 one time fee.


What is the Timeline for Using the Publishing Assistant?

Once the customer has confirmed interest, we will:

  1. Send a “get-to-know-you” form and request your files for our review.
  2. Send an email invitation to pay for the service.
  3. Send an appointment booking link once the invoice is completed. 


Once booked, the next step will be the Zoom session! Our PAs will remain available via email in the time leading up to your session.
